Personnel Air Shower
Litek Pharma

Safety and cleanliness in cleanrooms

Litek Pharma’s personnel air shower is a system designed to remove particles from personnel when accessing classified areas, ensuring maximum cleanliness and safety in GMP environments, microelectronics, or automotive facilities.

Efficient dust removal

The dust removal process in Litek Pharma’s air shower is performed by high‑velocity air blow‑off, reaching speeds of up to 35 m/s, through strategically distributed nozzles inside the cabin.

This powerful airflow generates high turbulence, effectively dislodging particles adhered to personnel clothing before entering classified areas. In addition, the system incorporates G4 and HEPA H14 filtration, ensuring that the air used in the process is particle‑free, providing maximum protection in GMP environments and cleanrooms.

Hygienic structure

The unit is manufactured with a lacquered sheet metal structure, with an option for AISI 304 stainless steel, making it ideal for environments requiring maximum hygiene and durability. Interlocked glass doors enhance safety by preventing cross‑contamination between areas, integrating seamlessly into any cleanroom and complying with the most demanding industry standards.

Control and signalling

The air shower features a control system that allows precise and reliable management and monitoring of the dust removal cycle. It also includes an internal color‑coded system that makes it easy to identify the different phases of the cycle, providing an intuitive and safe user experience for personnel. The cycle duration is fully configurable according to the needs of each installation, enabling adaptation to different protocols and regulations.

Additional options

The system also allows modular interconnection of multiple units to configure dust removal tunnels in different lengths and layouts, offering a scalable and flexible solution. This modularity increases personnel throughput in areas with higher occupancy.

In its standard configuration, the air shower is a self‑supporting unit; however, it can also be connected to the HVAC system for more demanding environments such as ultra‑dry rooms and similar applications.
