Cleaning and Particle Control in GMP Areas

Litek Pharma’s Pallet Deduster system is designed to remove particles from loads during their transfer from warehouses to clean areas. It is a validatable solution intended for the pharmaceutical, food, microelectronics, and related industries, ensuring that materials enter classified areas under optimal cleanliness conditions.

Litek Pharma’s pallet de‑dusting system is a self‑supporting, plug‑and‑play unit that only requires connection to the electrical supply to operate.

Efficient de-dusting

floating-sape

The dedusting process is carried out by high‑velocity air blow‑off, reaching speeds of up to 35 m/s, through strategically distributed nozzles that act in all directions: bottom, top, and sides.

This airflow effectively removes dust adhered to the load, ensuring fast and uniform de‑dusting.

Advanced filtration

The system can be configured with different filtration levels — F7, F9, or HEPA H14 —depending on the requirements of the room or process. This flexibility allows adaptation to environments with very different demands, from low particle load areas to GMP zones with strict requirements.

Hygienic structure

The unit is manufactured with a powder‑coated sheet metal structure, with an option for AISI 304 stainless steel, making it ideal for environments requiring maximum hygiene and durability. It includes hygienic roll‑up doors that facilitate traffic between areas with different classifications.

Cycle control and signalling

The system incorporates a high‑reliability control unit and a signal tower that displays the cycle status through a color‑coded system. This enables intuitive operation and clear monitoring throughout the entire de‑dusting process.

Additional options

To increase operational efficiency and adaptability, the pallet de‑dusting system can incorporate the following options:

  • Integration of UV radiation disinfection systems to reduce surface microbiological load during transfer.
  • Possibility of connection to ultra‑dry environments, allowing integration into areas with strict relative humidity control.
  • Expandable modular configurations that allow the tunnel length to be increased and adapted to higher throughput or specific process requirements, with different sizes designed to suit each type of load.
  • Integration of conveyor systems, facilitating automated material handling and improving overall operational flow efficiency.
