Job Description for Project Manager in Litek-Pharma

The Project Manager is responsible for managing assigned projects and their day-to-day tracking—both internally and with clients—as well as ensuring economic control of the projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Understanding client commitments outlined in the accepted offer and/or contract, monitoring expected costs, keeping the PMS updated, and tracking billing and payment milestones.
  • Organizing tasks (priorities and deadlines), coordinating team members and other departments involved in the managed projects.
  • Managing and periodically reviewing technical updates, documentation, scheduling, design changes, and validation processes with the relevant departments.
  • Maintaining communication with the client and internal teams regarding all project-related matters.
  • Participating in project negotiations: managing change controls and project extensions with clients.
  • Preparing supplementary offers for the managed projects.
  • Reviewing technical specifications, delivery times, and contractual clauses impacting the assigned orders.

How a Project Manager in Litek-Pharma is

Education

  • Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is required
  • Training in project management is valued
  • Training in occupational risk prevention (PRL) is a plus

 

Experience and Knowledge

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in machinery manufacturing companies and/or highly demanding technical and time-sensitive environments
  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems is required
  • Experience in machinery manufacturing for the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
  • Familiarity with GMP standards and machinery qualification is a plus

 

Languages

  • A minimum C1 level of English is required

 

IT Skills

  • Experience with Solid Edge is required
  • Experience with AutoCAD is required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required
  • Experience with project management tools and/or ERP systems is required
