Job Description for Documentalist Technician in Litek-Pharma
The Documentalist Technician is responsible for preparing the technical manuals of equipment in accordance with machinery safety regulations, pharmaceutical quality and the company’s internal quality regulations, with the following responsibilities:
- Prepare the technical manuals of the machinery manufactured by LITEK (drafts and final versions)
- Ensure that the information contained in the manuals complies with the machine to which they correspond
- Collaborate in the establishment and maintenance of technical terms for specific elements of the machinery in Spanish and English
- Collaborate in the management of the translation of manuals into specific languages (other than English and Spanish)
- Carry out the continuous improvement of the technical documentation of the machines, as well as the updating of standards adaptable to each project.
- Support in the acquisition, maintenance and custody of the documentation related to pharmaceutical regulations.
How a Documentalist Technician in Litek-Pharma is
At Litek-Pharma we expect you, as Documentalist Technician, to meet the following requirements:
Training
- Higher Level Training Cycle in Design and Publishing of Printed and Multimedia Publications, Mechanical Design or similar is valued.
Experience and knowledge
- At least 2 years of experience in similar positions in a machinery manufacturing company is required
- Knowledge of the machinery manufacturing environment is required
- Knowledge of writing technical manuals or publications is required.
- Knowledge of food industry, pharmaceutical or GMP environments is valued.
Languages
- At least B2 level of English is required, C1 is better.
Computer tools
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools is required
- Experience using Indesign, Composer 3D Via is required
- Experience using AutoCAD and Solid Edge is valued.
