Job Description for Area Sales Manager in Litek-Pharma
The Area Sales Manager is responsible for identifying business opportunities in the assigned area, interpreting customer needs, negotiating the sale of the proposals made, and intermediating between Litek and the customer in the event of any deviation, and throughout the production process, until 100% of the equipment sold is collected, with the following responsibilities:
- Identify sales opportunities in the assigned area.
- Search for potential agents and train them.
- Analyse user requirements and transfer data to the Applications Department.
- Follow up on opportunities to update quotations as appropriate and enter information into Litek’s CRM.
How an Area Sales Manager in Litek-Pharma is
At Litek-Pharma we expect you, as Area Sales Manager, to meet the following requirements:
Training
- Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar is required.
Experience and knowledge
- At least 5 years of experience in similar positions, preferably in a machinery manufacturing company, is required.
- Knowledge and experience in machinery sales is required.
- Knowledge and experience in the packaging sector is required.
- Knowledge and experience in sales in the pharmaceutical sector, ideally in aseptic process machinery is valued.
Languages
- At least C1/business level of English required.
Computer skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools is required.
Mobility
- Availability to travel 50% of the time is required, both nationally and internationally.
Skills
- Autonomy in the development of your functions.
- Good interlocution and communication skills.
- Organisation and attention to detail.
- Proactivity and initiative.
