Job Description for After-Sales Service Operator in Litek-Pharma

The After-Sales Service Operator is responsible for installing, repairing and upgrading industrial machinery, as well as training our customers (national and international) in its use, with the following responsibilities: 

  • Carry out installation and commissioning of industrial machinery at the customer’s site, and train them in its use.
  • Draw up installation, training, and pending installation reports.
  • Act as the customer’s interlocutor to channel requests and/or needs that arise during installation.
  • Carry out corrective and preventive repairs and technical upgrades of industrial machinery supplied to customers.
  • Draw up reports on repairs or upgrades, in order to assess your intervention and activate internal continuous improvement processes.

How an After-Sales Service Operator in Litek-Pharma is

At Litek-Pharma we expect you, as After-Sales Service Operator, to meet the following requirements:

Academic Training

  • Professional training in Electromechanics, Mechanics, Electricity or similar is required.

 

Experience and knowledge

  • At least 5 years of experience in similar positions is valued
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical, food or similar machinery construction is valued
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical and/or food machinery construction oriented to sheet metal cutting/bending is valued
  • Knowledge of GMP environments is valued
  • Knowledge of mechanical assemblies, electricity, pneumatic automatisms and automation by PLC is valued.

 

Languages

  • At least B2 level of English is required.

 

Computer tools

  • Experience using Microsoft Office is valued.

 

Mobility

  • Availability to travel to assigned assembly sites is required.
