Job Description for Administrative Assistant in Litek-Pharma

The Administrative Assistant – Purchasing and Logistics Support is responsible for assisting in the coordination and management of accounting, financial, purchasing, and administrative operations of the company. Main responsibilities include:

  • Updating and recording budgets, supplier and customer invoices, and project personnel costs.
  • Assisting in the financial monitoring of projects and the structural budget.
  • Supporting the Purchasing Department with order issuance and delivery note management.
  • Coordinating transportation according to the guidelines set by the Logistics Department.

How an Administrative Assistant in Litek-Pharma is

Education

  • A vocational qualification (FP2) in Administration and Finance is required.

 

Experience and Knowledge

  • At least 2 years of experience in similar roles is required.
  • Knowledge of the full administrative and purchasing process is required.
  • Previous experience in machinery manufacturing companies is a plus.
  • Knowledge of logistics and export processes is an advantage.

 

IT Skills

  • Proficiency in Office tools, especially Excel (advanced level), is required.

 

Languages

  • A minimum B2 level of English is required (C1 preferred).
